INTRODUCTION OF DATO’ VIDA 

Entrepreneurs for Vida Beauty is Dato’ Dr. Hasmiza Othman, better known as, Dato’ Dr.Vida already a familiar name around Perak .This is because she was recognized with the production and quality of its products are increasingly prominent in our homeland. She is a native of Kelantan and has been in the business world is almost 16 years old. She holds a Bachelor in Business Education of University Sains Malaysia in Penang. There are further studies which make her get her PHD in Biology at the University Charles Molnar, Hungary. Before she fully involved with the flow of this business, she was one of the trainers at the National Secondary School Poi Lam, Ipoh. 
She took the brave decision to leave her career as a teacher and she has tried successfully. With a bold effort, she has managed to open a total of 38 branches around Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Kedah, Penang and Kelantan. Sacrifice her career has yielded very worthwhile to get all her business planning arrangements. With the layout and organization of all transactions made arena, she also expects the best no matter airliner Users, Employees, Business Partners and their work as tens Stockiest, Wholesalers and hundreds of dealers throughout Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, which has helped her in her travel company until now.

Vida Beauty is a manufacturer of health products and beauty. Products issued by Vida Beauty is equivalent to the products of others in the market, thus, Vida Beauty products is the best. Many have tried these products and they are satisfied with the results. No wonder, many feedback said that Vida Beauty products is said to be an option for everyone. Now, due to the many requests from customers for every corner of the country, Vida Beauty has added several new branches and increasing the number of distributors by the day. Many testimonials from users demonstrate their satisfaction on the effectiveness Vida Beauty products they have used.
Vida Beauty was established on 1st December 2006 on a small scale and has begun to expand its retail widely on 1st May 2008. Vida Beauty has started something that makes the company's image and employee uniforms that symbolizes the company. The color theme has also played an important role in efforts to introduce or to market products to consumers. And with this approach, the results were great and receive support from all. With the proper planning and effective plan, Vida Beauty has managed to have 38 branches in several states of Perak, Kelantan, Penang, Johor, Kedah and Kuala Lumpur. So far, Vida Beauty has a total workforce of 120 qualified workers and highly viscous in helping to improve the targets regulated by the management company.

Challenges faces by Dato’ Vida

Everyone knows that everything we want to achieve, we will have gone through many challenges. It is also traversed by Datuk Seri Dr. Hasmiza Othman. She is an entrepreneur who started from the ground up to be a successful entrepreneur and is known at this time. Her success was so resounding that is admired moreover she was one of Bumiputera entrepreneurs. 
There are many challenges that usually traversed by entrepreneurs. Among them are such as conflict between work and home for women entrepreneurs, lack of capital, fraud among suppliers and distributors as well as preparation for becoming entrepreneurs itself. However, as a successful entrepreneur in the 21st century, the obstacles can be overcome hurdles such as a study on the long-successful entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs who want to chart success as Datuk Seri Dr. Hasmiza or Datuk Vida have done. 
From time to time, more new branches Beauty Vida was created because of too much demand from overseas customers. At the same time, her business has reached a sufficient level of proud when she first called up to the global and international aspect of advertising, marketing, business and sales promotion cyberspace through program offerings
Among the challenges faced by Datuk Vida is when she lost her two children as a result of an accident of fire in the house employee of the company on August 5, 2013. She was then the single mother facing this challenge with great courage and patient. This also resulted in bitter events disturbed her emotions. However, two other children she has now become a place for pampering and heal grief over the loss of her two children until this day. 
Also, the challenges faced by Datuk Vida recently where she faced ridicule and accusations of society as spend MYR 3 million to Anugerah Juara Lagu Ke-29 (AJL 29). She received criticism in which she accused advertise her products excessively when the live broadcast AJL 29th place. She was also accused of showing love luxury jewelry and expensive clothes. However, she said that her purpose in doing so was to promote the products as well as stating that the appearance must be maintained so that people knew of its products. (Zaidi Kamarun. 2013).
5 ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAITS THAT DATO’ VIDA DEMONSTRATES AND HOW ASSIST THEM TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR VENTURE

Dato 'Dr. Hasmiza Othman, fondly known as Dato 'Vida is familiar among Malaysians as a successful entrepreneur. Datuk Vida is a proactive person. She always thinks about how to Largent her company. She starts her business by selling other peoples products. Later, she starts to sell her own products which consists of soap and day and night creams. Later on, she starts to produce her own health drinks, Pamoga in 2010 with the hopes to compete with the international brands. Pamoga which is made from pomegranate and sea cucumber receives a good response from the customers which allows Datuk Vida to have her own company building in Ipoh. After receiving good respond, Vida Beauty, which is Datuk Vida’s company started to producing whitening drinks in 2013.
This shows, that Datuk Vida is a proactive person. She always try very hard to expand her business empire through her company, Vida Beauty, where she always be proactive to find any business opportunity that will bring good impacts to them.
In addition, Dato Vida is famous for having visions and goals in life. To be successful in life and business, she strives hard to ensure all her sacrifices worthwhile a good results. Due to her proactive attitude in managing her business, she always ensures that she can achieved her objectives regardless of the challenges that comes. For Vida Beauty, nothing is impossible as long as you have the will to be successful.
 She has a vision to become a businesswoman since she was still school. Although in the first place, she only do business to help her mother, but, later, she started to love business and she has a vision to become a successful businesswoman. She started doing business by selling other people’s nasi lemak. From the profits she get by selling nasi lemak, she bought a motorcycle for her transport to and back from school. When she was in university, she started to sell things from Kelantan like sarongs to support her life in the university. During semester break, she works as a part-timer at the factory and fast food restaurant like KFC. (Qu Puteh cetus fenomena 2015).
After becoming a teacher, she still cannot forget business. She give notice of 24 hours resignation as a teacher and started a salon shop. That was where she started to involve with the beauty and cosmetics products. She even tried to make her own cosmetics products.
Vida Beauty now have more than 400 stockiest all around Malaysia including in Brunei and Singapore with 130 workers. Datuk Vida has a vision to be success in the field she involves which is beauty, health and cosmetics field. She has a vision on how to develop her interests to be sources of income. With her good vision, now, she is one of the successful businesswoman in Malaysia.
Datuk Vida is also an open risk taker. She took a brave decision to leave her career as a teacher with 12 years of teaching experiences by a 24 hours resignation letter to focus on her business and successfully open a total of 38 branches around Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Kedah, Penang and Kelantan. By sacrificing her career, she is able to get all her business planning arrangements. She started her cosmetics business, become successful with hundreds to thousands of users, employees, business partners, stockiest, wholesalers and dealers throughout Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei which has helped her in her company until now. 
Datuk Vida shows that if we want to be successful, we need to be brave and take the risk. If she do not have the courage to leave her work as a teacher, then she will never know her capability in handling a multimillion company. She is brave enough to leave her stable job in order to run a business that she never know the future of. She may be fail in doing her business, but she never think about failure. She always thinks positively and that makes her one of the successful businesswoman in Malaysia.
Datuk Vida, the founder of Vida Cosmetics, is a very observant person. She knows how to grab the opportunity that other did not see. For example, Datuk Vida is willing to sponsor RM 3 million in the Anugerah Juara Lagu (AJL) 29 and RM 2 million in singing reality program, Gegar Vaganza, in order to promote her cosmetics products, Qu Puteh. Datuk Vida knows how to market her products. She always see new opportunity as she observe the most effective ways to promote her products. As AJL is the most prestigious music award in Malaysia and have the most viewers during the live broadcast, she uses that opportunity to attract more customers with the advertisement in the television by using its popular tagline “ Qu Puteh, Qu Puteh, Barulah Puteh.” As a result, the Qu Puteh products received a big hit from the customer. This shows that as an entrepreneur, Datuk Vida observe all the important aspects that may contribute to her successful business factors like the marketing strategies which plays an important roles in deciding the future of a products. If the product has a good marketing strategies, then the products will be successful.
Datuk Vida is also an entrepreneur that poses failure is an option. As an entrepreneur, she had once failed while doing her business. But she never give up and tried harder later on. She had lost millions for a failure marketing strategy as her product do not get good responses from the consumers. But she never give up. She comes up with a new marketing strategy which is by using the advertisement in the television after she makes research and get to know her weakness from her past failure. Her new marketing strategy which is to go for an advertisement in the television is a success as almost all the people in Malaysia have a television at home. Thus, it Largent her company’s target customers. With Datuk Vida herself appears on the advertisement with her finger on both her cheeks and the interesting product’s tagline, “ Qu Puteh, Qu Puteh, Barulah Putih” makes people remembers her products thus increase her customers. Datuk Vida is a prove that everyone can fail. But what makes a successful persons different to a failure is how they managed themselves after their failure. Failure person continue to disappoint his own failure but a successful person turns the failure into a success by working hard and never give up.
